LIBRARIES IN ABERDEEN
As well as lending books free of charge, public libraries also provide other services such as:
•   Free computer access, including free access to the Internet and
other software
•   Support and advice from library staff Â
•   Books, talking books, videos, DVDs, CDs, local newspapers and other materialsÂ
•   A free request service to obtain items located at any branch
•   An online catalogue, which you can use to search for items you wish to borrow, place reservations, renew books and check your borrower record
ROYAL MAIL
The Post Office sells stamps for letters and parcels and provides information and forms for vehicle tax discs and TV Licences. Many other services are also available, such as sending money overseas. For more information about its services click here.

MUSEUMS
The Aberdeen Archives, Gallery & Museums manages all the museums in the city. The city hosts the following venues: Aberdeen Art Gallery, Aberdeen Maritime Museum, Aberdeen Treasure Hub, Cowdray Hall, Provost Skene's Houseand the Tolbooth Museum.

SPORTS ABERDEEN
Sports Aberdeen is an organisation that manages the majority of the sports, outdoors and physical activities in Aberdeen. They manage a network of more than 34 venues and provide different types of memberships. For more information click here.
MUSIC AND THEATRE
The principal venues of performing arts are the Music Hall, The Lemon Tree, His Majesty Theatre which are managed through the Aberdeen performing arts. For information about what's on in the venues click here.
